FIM 2025 World Cup Ebike Enduro – Polini Italian Gran Prix
PPolini Motori dominates with its E-P3+ MX motor and conquers a historical world championship triple win.
Polini has written an extraordinary and emotional page in the history of the e-bike racing.
In the breathtaking setting of Breuil-Cervinia, at the foot of the Cervino, the Polini Grand Prix of Italy took place, the sole round of the FIM 2025 World Cup E-Bike Enduro, and once again, Polini made its mark with the E-P3+ MX motor. A decisive and complete triumph that further strengthens Polini Motori’s dominance in the world of e-bike racing.
With variable weather but perfect trail conditions, riders powered by Polini motors conquired the top step of the podium in all major categories, signing a historic triple win that reinforces Polini’s position as a global leader in the international e-bike racing panorama.
In the E1 Category, Spanish rider Quim Fargas dominated on his Fulgur-Polini. Unbeatable, the Fulgur team rider proved once again to be fast, precise, and consistent: with this World Championship title, Fargas confirms his rapid rise on the international scene.
In the E2 Category, victory and the World Championship went to Manolo Morettini, who led from the first special stage, not only in his class but also in the overall. Competing in the Enduro World Championship, Manolo challenged himself in this new and increasingly competitive discipline, showing great determination and talent. In perfect harmony with the 90 Nm Polini E-P3+ MX system, his performance and results clearly demonstrate how electric enduro is drawing top international riders, becoming a high-level lab of technical skill and performance.
The third World Championship title came in the E1J (Under 24) Category, with Matteo Paganoni’s victory, who also claimed third place overall in E1.
In addition to this extraordinary triple win in the FIM 2025 World Cup E-Bike Enduro, noteworthy the performance of Thomas Oldrati, also competing on an e-bike during a break from the Enduro World Championship. The Honda rider took an excellent second place in E2, with Christian Romano third, making it an all-Polini podium; Paganoni also secured third place in E1 while competing in two classes.
The competition took place along a spectacular route of more than 100 km, with an elevation gain nearing 2.900 meters, featuring technical climbs, alpine trails, and some of the toughest timed specials on the international calendar. A perfect testbed to highlight the performance of the E-P3+ MX motor, which once again proved its torque, responsiveness, and reliability even in the most demanding conditions.
Saimon Polini:
“We are proud of these three World Championship titles, which confirm the leadership of the Polini E-P3+ MX motor. This success is the result of great passion, technical research, and daily dedication. Manolo, Quim, and Matteo were able to make the most of both the race and our motor’s potential under extreme conditions. I thank the riders, the teams, FIM, FMI, and Off Road Pro Racing for bringing to life this top-level event. Special thanks also to Matteo Boffelli of Honda Racing RedMoto Enduro Team for enabling Morettini and Oldrati to participate.”
Quim Fargas:
“I’m very happy and grateful to the entire Polini and Fulgur team for the amazing work they did this weekend in Cervinia. The bike felt great, and I had a good race pace. The track combined fast sections with more technical specials in the forest area, where I set the best times, securing the victory. Thanks to everyone.”
Manolo Morettini:
“I’m really happy with this new experience. I didn’t expect such a result on my debut, but I immediately felt comfortable on the bike and with the technical, fun specials. It was an intense weekend and I had a great time. I sincerely thank Polini for this incredible opportunity and for providing such a high-performance motor.”
Matteo Paganoni:
“The race went very well despite a few small mistakes. The special stages were very physical but also a lot of fun. The course varied between technical sections and fast stretches, making it a complete and challenging event. The organization was flawless, and I want to thank everyone for the amazing experience. Special thanks to Fulgur for the bike and to Polini for the motor.”
With this extraordinary triple win, Polini Motori and the E-P3+ motor once again confirm their place at the top of the world championship.
