FIRMWARE UPDATE
The firmware is the heart of the motor, the intelligence that manages the sensor signals (frequency sensor, torque, and speed sensor) and converts them into a fluid and pleasant motor control for the cyclist. During the research of better solutions, Polini Motori updates the firmware constantly, giving the users the possibility to enjoy the use of the improvements on the control even after the purchase.
The firmware is identified by a progressive serial number. The higher number corresponds to the latest and most advanced version than the previous one.
E-P3+ EVO2

- These firmware versions are required for the new Electronic Lock feature, exclusively for EVO 2 motors. This feature will become available with the release of a new App update by the end of June.

POLINI E-P3+ MOTOR
Polini Motori revolutionizes the concept of pedal-assist with the new Polini E-P3+ motor for e-bikes. An innovative and last generation motor, with the “+” sign (PLUS) to underline the novelties and the important step forward thanks to the never-ending analysis, the study and commitment in designing it, always looking for better performance.
It weights 2950 grams and it has 5 maps, 3 pre-set ones and 2 maps to be set. The electronics is totally innovative and exploits algorithms coming from the Motorsport.
Light, powerful and compact, the Polini E-P3+ motor has a lateral dimension among the smallest of its category and is available in 3 versions: the E-P3+ model, which delivers a torque of 75 Nm (for all terrain or trekking bikes), the GP model with a torque of 80 Nm (especially studied for Road and Gravel bikes) and the MX model (specific for MTB) with a torque of 90 Nm for the most discerning customers.
